Grilled Cheese?!

I made Lana dinner tonight. A grilled cheese sandwich. True I am not the BEST grill cheese maker but it was edible. I put it down in front of Lana and she says,"thats the nastiest grilled cheese I have seen in my entire life!" now I know it wasnt that bad so I ate it and Kent the master of grilled cheeses made a new one.     I absolutely love grill cheese sandwiches! My favorite is #4 grill cheese: means stove temp set on 4 & cook it slow. Like to hear Kent's secret to the perfect grill cheese.
