A greeting farm birthday card

I made this card really quick yesterday morning for a girl at work. I already had a bunch of greeting farm images colored so I quickly grabbed one and put it in a card.

Sand castle album supplies

These are the supplies I used on the sandcastle mini album

I used this line from crate paper. I have had it for a couple of years. I had ordered it off peachycheap.com which is a great site for cheap scrapbooking stuff. I pulled out my paper stash and saw this would go perfect with this album. I can't remember the name of the collection.

Hobby Lobby had all their Tim Holtz embellishments 30% off so this was a great opportunity to try some new products. I got the baubles, book plates, keys, facets and chain.

Sandcastle mini album

I made a sandcastle mini album for my friend at work for her birthday. Though it would be perfect for her Florida beach pictures.

I used one of two castle chipboard albums I had gotten at the scrapbook convention a couple years ago along with the sandy stuff to go on it. These can be purchased at www.muddpuddles.net.

I even created my first charm. Using Tim holtz keys, baubles, and facets. The facets are easy to use either like they are or add a picture or scrapbook paper with glossy accents. Click here for a YouTube tutorial on these facets.

For an added treat I made these pretzels with rolos, m&ms and sea salt. Mmmm

A card on the fly

This morning while I was getting ready for worn I realized I didn't have a card to go along with a baby shower gift and NO time to creat one as I was already running late.

Luckily I keep a Baggie in my scrapbook room with embellishment leftover goodies. So I quickly grabbed that a couple other things and a premade blank card I had.

So while at my desk at work I whipped up a cute little 3 min card.

Animal Baby Shower!

Yesterday at work we gave a girl in our department a baby shower. Her theme of her baby bedding was some cute little animals. And the animals on the cricut create a critter cartridge were almost identical to those animals. So I used that cartridge to create tons of goodies.

A girl at work created the base of the diaper cake then came over and both of us decorated it up! I added some of the cute little animlas to tie it in with the theme.

And of course if you know me you know I HAD to make cupcakes. I made cupcake toppers with the little animals as well and they worked out perfectly.

For party favors I used inexpensive canning jars. I got 1 pint jars, 12 in a pack at walmart for only $5.50. added a square of fabric under the lids wrapped the lids with green ribbon, added a bow and a jewel. Then added a little animal from create a critter cartridge to the front. Then filled with inexpensive halloween candy.

These plates matched the theme perfect!

Tablescape came out pretty good. I even made a large banner with the animals.
